CONFIRMATION REGISTRATION FORM

CONFIRMACION- FORMA DE INSCRIPCION

In the Sacrament of Confirmation, the baptized person is "sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit"

and is strengthened for service to the Body of Christ."

In our Parish, we follow the Diocesan program for Confirmation. The candidate will have to undergo two years of formation.

Confirmation classes at 909-240-7535.

Qualifications to become a Sponsor for Confirmation

1. Those to be confirmed should have a sponsor (Canon 892).

2. The qualifications for a Confirmation Sponsor are the same as those for baptismal sponsors/godparents

( Sponsors (godparents) must be fully initiated Catholics (having received Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist),

except for the age, Confirmation sponsors must be at least 18 years of age and in good standing with the Church.

Parents cannot sponsor their children.

3. The requirement that there be one sponsor does not mean that, for good reason, there cannot be two.

Registration for the confirmation program is complete once the youth and parent have met with

the confirmation coordinator, completed and signed the confirmation packet and the $60.00 registration fee

has been paid. Forms and fee will be collected by the confirmation coordinator.
